Comparison between first and last print with the same stamp. (A) shows the fluorescent image of the patterns transferred at the first print, and (B) shows the printing patterns after 5th (B1), 6th (B2) and 7th print (B3). Stamps were inked with a 15-mer 5'-labelled Cy5 oligonucleotide for 30 sec and then set in contact for 2 min with the dendrislide. The well defined features is shown in (A) whereas only the rims of the patterns were detected after the 4th print (B).
