Results are compared with that obtained by commercial hsCRP ELISA. Cardiovascular risk is considered at serum levels > 3 μg/ml. Normal horse serum was independently spiked with human CRP, these samples were diluted from 1/100 to 1/6000 for assay. Sandwich assays using RAP employ 0.225 μg/mL Sheep anti-CRP. | ||||||
