Gd3+-DTPA-DMPE (diethylenetriaminepentaacetate-dimyristoylphosphatidylethanolamine) is an amphiphilic Gd3+ chelator useful in magnetic resonance imaging; DMPC (dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine) is a glycerophospholipid commonly employed as a structural lipid in ND; Rhod-PE (1,2-dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-(lissamine rhodamine B sulfonyl)ammonium salt) is a lipophilic fluorophore useful in fluorescence imaging techniques.
